Illustrative and tableau photography is about story telling through narrative and symbolism. These images showcase a range of approaches some intended for larger bodies of work, others simply created as stand alone images.

Vintage Inspired Portrait

In my explorations of "vintage" style portraiture over the years, I occasionally make a jump into a different groove and push at new areas. Amongst these images I have explored various concepts and techniques, while still holding onto the common themes and styles across my work.

Fine Art Nudes

My approach to photographing the nude is based on the traditional foundation of exploring the human form. The focus is on more abstract elements such as shape, tone, line and texture which is accentuated through the use of lighting and posing.
